I sad that I wasn't sure, and what I would do it for taking into account that I couldn't work elsewhere, and would be leaving my friends and family for the summer. I didn't look at this as a live in since it's only temporary. If the nanny has a house or apartment back home, she will need to still pay those bills. Like I said, it depends on the nanny and their situation. If it's a young girl living with her parents still and who would love to spend the summer at the beach, then I agree with your rate. However, if it's a professional nanny, then really, this job is very inconvenient and so the compensation would have to make up for that. [/quote]
