Many mothers handle this all the time, and an experienced nanny is that much more practiced. This argument would hold water if your children were infants themselves or young enough to still need constant supervision and engagement, but they don't. You also think you should earn your usual rate for this little insignificant issue, right? There is no advantage for an MB to allow a nanny to bring her child to work. None.[/quote]
