One, you should ALWAYS have a lock on your door when you're a live-in. Two, were you babysitting your charge tonight when you had your BF over? A 4 yr old should know better than to just walk in to a room without knocking and waiting for a reply first, and the 4 yr old should also be going to their parents room when they awake at night (unless you are in charge at the time) so that is another thing for them to work on.

I would mention this definitely as I think the parents need to address things with their child (what did he end up seeing?) and about his needing to respect your privacy and time off work. If he saw something, then they need to talk about that, and if he didn't other than seeing your BF was there, then they need to mention stuff about that. But it is all up to them about what to say etc.[/quote]
