I love how engaged my bosses are with their kids! They regularly let me leave early (sometimes over an hour early) because they're looking forward to spending more time with them. They are also very communicative with me and with each other which helps prevent any misunderstandings or drama since we are on the same page about everything from what food to serve to which shoes to wear to what we consider appropriate outings. They never try to take advantage of me and go out of their way to overpay me when they're home late (even if it's from a babysitting night). They were out later than planned one evening and I got ticketed for parking too long in a permit spot and they offered immediately to take care of it. They give me great benefits, generous bonuses and holiday gifts, and always consult me (even if they're doing it just to be polite) about issues with the kids. They are the best![/quote]
