Yeah, I'm sorry but another new poster echoing this.  I just started skimming.  Sounds like you need another job sooner than you thought, employers are trying to cover themselves which isn't the best scenario for you, and you may only have a few more weeks paid - right?

On quick skim they don't sound really awful, and it sounds like you have almost a month to find something else - which isn't as good as having until August, but isn't like they're throwing you out today.  I think they're generally trying to be decent, while also manage their own realities.

So that's all I grasped and can offer from a quick skim.  A more visually friendly post does make it easier for readers to fully grasp all you were trying to convey.
