A professional does not sleep on the job and certainly not at $35/hr. We paid $20/hour for NICU nurses for our twins 3 years ago. They did not sleep, cleaned up the bottles and even gave meds. We got a discount because they knew us from our long stay in the NICU prior and I have "paid them back" by referring them multiple times since then. I still get emails asking for a reference from time to time. We live in Bethesda.[/quote]
