Sorry, I wasn't clear on my post. DH and I have flexible schedules and one parent should be able to be home by 4. I am going to try to negotiate working a half day on Mondays. However, DH and I cannot commit to being able to pick up our son at 3:20 at school everyday. We could probably commit to 4 but not 3:20. We would need our nanny to pick up our son from school. We live exactly 1 mile from the school so I'm not sure if we will qualify for bus service. We basically need 1 hour of childcare per day. The majority of the job will be housekeeping.

DH and I want to be the one to do homework with DS, take him to soccer, ride bikes together, etc.[/quote]
