I noticed her shoes and she wears those cheap sandals that have no arch support. She has high acres, and park is 15-20 minutes walk-of course she's in pain. Is it too much trouble for her to buy a pair of good shoes, say from the walking co. Or sandals from there for support, so she can walk to park and not just drive? I walk ton park with my child, and almost everywhere if its nice out some we live so close to a lot of attractions and I don't expect nanny to do this all the time, but walking to park shouldn't be such an issue. Should I just take her shopping with me to buy a pair of good shoes for walking? I was going to just ask to buy some but I know they can be pricey. I do pay her well,but I realize she may not budge due to price. Nannies is walking 15-20 that big of a deal and if she still doesn't comply after shoes are bought then what?[/quote]
