[/quote] Yes, this. We used ehealth for our nanny - it was a great way to explore options and coverage levels. The costs were pretty variable so it's helpful to have a sense of what is most important (specialty care, local providers, etc...). We give our nanny a monthly amount towards her insurance - we don't cover it all. This was the cleanest solution for us and lets her have the policies free-standing from us so she can take them with her wherever she goes.[/quote]
