Disagree. My charges get spanked for major offenses and it works like a charm. Some kids are just bad. Anyways OP, they are NOT your kids so you have no right to decide how the parents discipline THEIR children. This is the issue with some nannies who believe that they are a parent and know better then the parents about THEIR children. Get a grip OP and move on to a different profession if you can't see the boundaries. [/quote]
