Well, fine. Then quit. Or suck it up and stop posting asking for people to miraculously solve this problem for you. OR, post your thread but indicate that you just need to vent and aren't looking for advice. THAT is perfectly acceptable, but asking people for advice to solve issues ONLY YOU CAN SOLVE is obnoxious and warrants the only logical response: if you're so unhappy, find another job.[/quote]
