Sometimes, the problems are so egregious that option 2 is clearly not an option. So, then the OP is left with "suck it up" or "quit."

You guys come on here and complain about things but don't talk to your employers about them, turn down every helpful piece of advice, and continue to insist there is nothing you can do. Well, fine. Then quit. Or suck it up and stop posting asking for people to miraculously solve this problem for you.

OR, post your thread but indicate that you just need to vent and aren't looking for advice. THAT is perfectly acceptable, but asking people for advice to solve issues ONLY YOU CAN SOLVE is obnoxious and warrants the only logical response: if you're so unhappy, find another job.[/quote]
