Now that we are adding another child I think it's only fair to up my pay and split the cost. They will both be getting a deal still.

Tell me if this is fair.

Monday - Friday

8am-1pm: one child $18 per hr (family2)

1pm-6pm: four children I am thinking $15 per hour from each family

6pm-7pm: two children $20 (family 2 only)

Weekly:
Family 2 pays $925
Family 1 pays $375

Does this seem fair? Too steep?

I just feel like if families are going to be adding more children when they need -causing me to have more work I should be gaining from it. Right?
