Do you live out on the weekends? What is the norm when it comes to 24hr nannies, one goes home and the other comes in or are there separate spaces for each nanny? [/quote]

It varies, it can depend on the space in the home. Some have you live-out when off, some have rooms for each nanny. Some will have a guest house and the "off" nanny stays there while the "on" nanny stays in a room in the main house. Sometimes you have to pay for your own separate apartment, sometimes the family will have one for you. Pay will reflect these different options.[/quote]
