You don't have to love my animals but if you torment them, damn right I will fire you! OP should tell the parents about the problem she's having and make some requests - dog gates, a dog walker to come by, an extra $X for her to walk the dog, whatever would help, but she shouldn't be torturing it with cold water just because it annoys her (she isn't even required to clean up after it, so this IS purely annoyance).[/quote]
