I get that and agree she should follow her end but sometimes contracts need renegotiated. This is a very personal business where people.learn the INS and outs as they go. Op I think you need to sit down and be honest with her. Let her know you didbt understand the faxes correctly and going forward need to pay her a gross rate. And Op is she giving you her tax Bill at the end of the year? I mean If your paying her taxes Shes not getting a tax return right? I have. Child but making 15 I get all my taxes back pretty much :/[/quote]
