Anyways, I noticed she didn't have her 20 month old charge with her in tow and thought it was weird because she has the child 40-45 hours a week most of the time.She has always complained about never getting a day off during week so i thought it was strange she was by herself. I also know the schedule because i used to do it as well.

I get off phone and when i walk past her car I notice the 20 month old in the car by herself. She is SCREAMING in her carseat, full on upset, and I thought about going to get friend but didn't want to look like a "i know everything and you don't" type of person. I sat and watched the little girl to make sure nothing happened and was going to call the police after 20 minutes hoping she would hurry and come back out, and she never did for 20-30 minutes. By then i had realized i had let it go on too long and now i feel awful. I can't say anything to the family because they will just think i am the bitter old nanny who got fired or that i'm just starting trouble.
