The biggest factors: -40 vs 45 hours makes a difference because of the OT hours. -Contribution towards health insurance isn't required, but that is a great perk! -Are you offering paid vacation time (typical is 2 weeks; one at the family's choosing and one at the nanny's choosing) -Are you offering any sick days paid?
