The nanny would need a reliable car and a clean driving record to drop off and pick up our daughter.  We are offering $16/hour. Two weeks of paid leave (10 days); one week at your request and one week at our request. During your first year of service, the nanny chooses 2 federal holidays for paid leave, with additional holidays to be earned in subsequent years.
