I don't see why someone, especially this particular thread, wouldn't want to get advice from 2 separate forums.  And if I were to post in two places, I would absolutely save myself the time by simply copying and pasting.  The OP's situation seems perfectly believable (unfortunately) and I can understand someone wanting some confirmation that they did the right thing.  I quit a job and knew in my head it was completely the right thing to do, however in my heart I was conflicted because of my love for the children that didn't understand.

OP, you did the right thing and I hope you find work with a family that treats you with respect and appreciation!

Also what is the point of calling people "trolls"?  Even if some are trolls, calling them one doesn't change anything.  If you don't believe it's real, then just don't respond to the thread.  [/quote]
