I know moms who do this. I WOH part-time and wished I could have found another mom who wasn't already in an arrangement like this to join up with at first. Then I started looking more closely at those arrangements and I realized it would seriously be a challenge in my situation, which was mom to one baby. Picture an inexperienced nanny doing a share with two infants and that's basically what you have - two FTMs having to figure out not one but two infants. Plus there's the meshing of parenting styles. One of my friends who does this is an AP mom and the mom she trades hours with is not. They have to balance respecting the other family's style with their own. Basically it's not 100% simple.
Are you saying that the HM has the AP look aftet the other woman's child? If so, the AP should report her and rematch .
I'm talking about two moms who alternate caring for each other's children. There are no nannies or APs involved. AP in this case was attachment parenting.
