[/quote] These are all the things I'm concerned about with hiring a nanny who's a mom. That said, I've hired a nanny who has 3 children, one who is close in age to my own baby. She had wonderful references, but I am certainly still concerned about the above-mentioned issues. I'll see if it works out. If it doesnt, I'll have to move on to someone else. To add to the list above, I'm also concerned about her wanting to bring her child with her at some point. But like I said, we'll see.[/quote]
