It may be a hard conversation to have, so this is why I suggested you might want the LCC there to help structure it.  you don;'t want this to turn into them accusing you of writing mean things.  You need to address both issues - the boy reading your emails and printing them out (and leaving them on the counter) AND the fact that you are or at least said you are unhappy.  For you to move forward with the HF, both need to be addressed.   Good luck.[/quote]
