This is a true high end nanny's qualifications. These are the women who are paid 100k a year and have excellent benefits. Sadly most nannies don't meet all these requirements and still try to market themselves as such. being able to potty train, having experience or a BA is not enough to be considered "high end", you need a specialized skill and to be bilingual. No, they know how to get a horse ready to ride for when their charges want to ride, and then caring for it afterwards. This is assuming that the family is wealthy, the kids know how to ride and they own horses, which is the type of family that might have a high end nanny.[/quote]
