Some parents don't care about the whole picture and respect the fact that nanny cared for their children and kept them safe and happy while their fatass stay-at-home lazy "mother" layed on her butt all day. This is why I think nannies should have parents write quarterly references. Even if they don't plan on leaving anytime soon.[/quote]
