[/quote] +1 It's completely their decision of when to tell you, but I know when your employers keep this kind of stuff secret it can make you very anxious and hurt your feelings a bit (did mine). I worked for one couple and they were like 6 months in before they told me, although it had been obvious for at least five. She had horrendous morning sickness, I saw that she was taking Folic Acid, and she changed her tune about selling some baby stuff. I was pretty hurt and confused, turns out that she was trying to decide whether or not to go back to work. She didn't, I found a new job. A way better job.[/quote]
