I urge you to leave your nanny notes or texts just to let her know how important she is to you. I can't tell you how much I love the little things parents do to make me feel valued. It gives me more pride and confidence in my work. I love my charges with all my heart and it's nice knowing that DB and MB realize this, trust me completely, and appreciate everything I do. I'm certainly not perfect, but I think I do a pretty damn good job every day and to be honest, I'd rather get a written card about how much I mean to the family with pictures of the kids than any gift.[/quote]
