She had an idea of what turkey design she wanted to use. I thought great, she's getting things done. Long story short, the turkey crafts were never completed. For one reason or another, they had "too much to do" in three weeks, they never finished more then one turkey. Come Thanksgiving time, I had to go and do turkeys myself, luckily I printed them out and DH helped and our DD stuck feather on and it was done. But I'm very disappointed our nanny couldn't even do this craft and have fun with our DD, it almost became a chore to her, when it shouldn't be like that. I'm overall pissed off she couldn't even do her job! She clearly stated in her own words,  she is creative and love to do crafts. My husband thinks we need to search for a new nanny, and I'm going to but also try one more activity to see if she doesn't, for Christmas. If not Ill let her go for not performing her job. What's the point of hiring a nanny who loves to do arts and crafts, or so she says if she can't even handle making a set of them with her charge, to give as a gift, that would be memorable for the family? I just don't see why we need to overpay someone who won't do their job right. It's really sad. My daughter loved doing this craft, not suren why the nanny couldn't make a few copies and give us the burden of having to do these ourselves a day before holidays, making us rush to get everything else done.
