She found a nanny forum, that adviced on NEVER bragging about what milestone they did, instead just casually said'''I think so and so *might be ready'. Those nannies that said otherwise, are too proud to admit they're wrong or they're full of sh it.  OP, how would YOU feel if your nanny told you about your child's milestone and she got to see it first? I'm sure you wouldn't  be too happy either. For next time you know the drill![/quote]
