Nanny 101 you NEVER tell MB what milestone they accomplished with you. Even if they do, act like it's awesome when MB tells you so and so did this today. Bad choice to let MB know. This is another way of rubbing in that you are with her and her mom is missing out on things like this. Next time, just say I THINK so and so is getting close to running, crawling, whatever but DON'T brag about how they did such and such milestone with you! MY MB asked if how I would handle LOs milestones. I told her, I would just mention that she might be getting close to doing them but never outright videotape or tell her. MB said thanks, and she said she appreciated that I would not showoff what charger did for her. She said MOST nannies lie too, as they want their bosses to feel like they're not missing out on their child's milestone, it's a very precious moment. She found a nanny forum, that adviced on NEVER bragging about what milestone they did, instead just casually said'''I think so and so *might be ready'. Those nannies that said otherwise, are too proud to admit they're wrong or they're full of sh it. OP, how would YOU feel if your nanny told you about your child's milestone and she got to see it first? I'm sure you wouldn't be too happy either. For next time you know the drill!
