Hello,
I'm Rachel, I'm 29, and I was just hired as a travel nanny for a family who live in both Florida and DC. I am originally from California and have been living in Australia for the past year. I've only been in Florida for the past 2 months. I have 9 units of early childhood education, CPR certification, and 12 years in early childcare overall. I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any other nannies looking for a temporary roommate, if YOU are a nanny looking for a roommate, or if there is anyone looking for live-in nanny duties with school-aged children who might have a place to live, or knows of a place to live. I'm a great tenant, I like to run and write, I enjoy nature and going to the beach, and in general, doing fun things! if anyone can help please let me know. I will post this in general discussion as well! |

| If the family lives here and Florida they should be able to provide you with a room. If they’re expecting you to live out in DC and travel to florida for them and find somewhere else to live there then you’re definitely getting the short end of the stick and should reevaluate if this is worth taking. Me personally sounds like a nightmare and I would pass |
