I would find it strange that you don't tell a nanny that you are covered with workman's comp. insurance. If she gets hurt on your house, it's on you. |

| Families aren’t required to have workers comp for a nanny. Asking about it for no reason makes it seem like you’re going to scam them. |

Were they planning to report for taxes? If not that may be a reason - maybe they wouldnt want to get workers comp insurance if they aren’t reporting. |
