Question on W2 form for nanny RSS feed

My nanny lives in Maryland and works for us at our home in DC. What State do i put in Box 15 of the W2, where it asks for State, Employer's state ID number? I assumed I put my own State (DC), is that correct? Thank you in advance for your help!

MD is the correct state - she will pay income taxes where she lives. MD, DC and VA have reciprocity.
