What is a difference between leaving your own child because of "office job" and leaving your child because you are a nanny. Job is a job.

If you're unable to have a nanny job AND spend quality time with your own child after work like the rest of us do, then full time work may not be for you. Don't be a nanny. It's not my fault that you a) have kids and b) have not other job skills.
