You sound entitled and selfish. That's a real shame. |
Lol I work 7 hours a week as an RN. So the answer is yes. |
She is rich enough that she doesn't have to work. It's the nanny who is the uneducated airhead, the hired help. |
| Why would a nanny take the job in the first place if she needed FT hours? |
Wait, you support yourself completely on 7 hours of RN work a week? No alimony, no support from a partner, no weekly pay out of lotto Winn NCS? Teach me your magic! |
| "winnings" darn auto correct! |
She thought she could find another job for 26 hours, which would give her 40 total (with OPs 14). However, OP keeps switching up her hours, making finding another job to fill the rest of the hours very, very hard. Nanny smartened up and found one job at 40 hours. Just a guess. |
| I agree PP |
Where did I say I support myself completely? The question above, didn't ask that. See bolded. |
. Lol being rich doesn’t mean you’re smart. Also, who knows where her money came from. OP is super entitled. |
What an obvious troll! Do not feed, people. |

Our friends new nanny quit on them while they were on vacation BEFORE her first day. Said she didn't like the commute, waiting to tell them until friday before they came back Sunday and to work Monday!
Real professional. |
Your friends should have hired more carefully and paid better. The nanny got a better offer. |
You get two weeks notice for a full-time job, or maybe with a part-time job where the hours are set. Sounds like your nanny decided to change her hours, too. See how that works? She couldn't count on you, and you couldn't count on her. It's a fair cop. |
