I hate it when parents told me it will be from 8 am to 5.30 pm but they came at my place at 7.30 am and pickup the baby at 6.00 pm!
Can they do that at daycare? hell NO!! |
You are no more a nanny thsn you are a super model. You are a cheap MB. |
Ain't that the truth. Nannies move on from abusers like her. |
You can do that at daycare. I have had my kids at daycare. You are allowed to have them there during the time the daycare is open, and most (in my area) were open from 6am-6:30pm. The fact that you expected to be there from 8am-5:30pm, but were actually there from 7:30am-6:00pm would not phase them. |
That's because you PAID for it. Duh. |

| Congrats on ur bump. Will u need a good nanny? Text me! |
This. |
' No. They charge one flat rate for everyone. I don't pay extra to have my kid there longer. |

I am not a flexible nanny and have never represented myself as such. I am never late for work and I need my employers to never be late when relieving me. Being very upfront about this has made it a non-issue for me. Neither or my two employers are ever late.
That said, when you interview or read an ad for a position, you should be very clear about your expectations and needs. This ad seems very clear to me. I see no problem with asking for what you want/need as long as you are asking for legal services. |

| Reviving this for the complaining "overtired" nanny who is a doormat. |

3 year old thread.
Please give it up. |
If the problem still exists it does not matter how,old the thread is am too many parents are late coming home every day. |
| It's one thing to say you'll be home at 6pm and sometimes it's 6:30 or 7pm and pay through the whole time. Another thing not to pay through the whole time. |
