I’m a nanny and I would be fine with coming in, but ask your nanny how she feels about it,

Wow! Do you know how contagious that stuff is? You do know adults can catch it? The outcome can be even worse even lead to meningitis?! Don’t be so quick to rush to work you matter too.

I would say a definite NO.

Reason being is that Hand/Foot/Mouth affects adults much much worse than it does for a child.
Adults can get really ill from it - - it can be very miserable for them overall.

I say it’s best for the child’s parent to stay home w/them.
Besides they already have been exposed to any germs present.

Yes H/F/M definitely affects adults much worse than it does kids. Ask me how I know.

I would yes. But I don’t have my own small children at home. I think this is a case by case situation nof a definite right or wrong answer.
Adults can get it but it’s very unlikely.

Yes adults have a smaller chance of contracting it but if they actually do -> it is 100fold worse than it is for kids trust me.

If I were you I would not want to subject my nanny to such a horrible affliction.
It’s best you stay home with your child OP.
