Our nanny Nimali has been with our family for over 2 years taking care of our now 2.5 yo and 6 yo. She has been instrumental in helping our household run and she does so with a joyous temperament. She is the most loving, patient, and dedicated person. She truly will care and watch over your kids as if they are her own. She's attentive, rarely on her phone, and genuinely cares that the children are engaged and present with their activities. She takes our kids out daily for art/music classes, playgrounds, and library storytimes. She's a great driver and practices excellent judgment. She prepares well-balanced meals for our children and does a wonderful job keeping their playspaces tidy.

Nimali has 20+ years of nannying experience and stellar references from her previous families. She will grow with your children with ease - meeting them at their developmental stage. Lastly, I can't imagine a more committed person - in 2 years, she has been extremely punctual despite her early morning start time and has used 1 sick day (when it turned out that our kid gave her COVID). She carries multiple Child Growth and Development certificates and is CPR/First Aid certified. She is looking to work in MD (Montgomery County) or DC (if close to the DC-MD border).
