ISO Career Nanny for Family in Georgetown, DC

We are looking for a full-time professional career nanny to help care for our 3 children (ages 2.5-7) in Georgetown, DC. Due to the split schedule (morning and afternoon/bedtime), we are open to a live-in, partial live-in or live-out nanny. Live-in or Live-Out Nanny: If live-in, can live on Monday - Friday and go home on weekends or can live-in full-time. We are flexible.
Start Date: August-September
Schedule: 40 hour per week guarantee
Monday - Friday: Mornings (7 AM start) and Afternoon/Bedtime Coverage; Occasional Evening Coverage
About the Family: 3 kids, ages 7 (boy), almost 5 (boy), and almost 3 (girl); we live in Georgetown, DC in a townhouse with parking and a yard
English/Driving: Must speak fluent English and be an experienced and reliable driver (and be willing to drive the kids)
Responsibilities:
Assisting with the morning routine, including helping kids get ready for school and assisting with breakfast.
Assisting with the afternoon and evening routine, including taking the kids to activities and/or playing, reading, and helping them get ready for bed.
Assisting with the cooking, laundry for the kids, and keeping the kids rooms and common and play areas tidy.
Teamwork: Must be willing to work as part of a team, as Alissa (Mom) will be around most afternoons and the Nanny and she will tag-team frequently.
