Hello!
My name is Justyanna, and I’m graduating from the University of Pittsburgh this May with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Certificate in American Sign Language. I’m relocating this summer and am looking for a full-time, live-in nanny position in the DMV area, with a 1–2 year contract.
I’m willing and able to work up to 60 hours a week, travel with the family, and collaborate with you to create a contract and plan that fits your family’s unique needs!
I have all of my childcare clearances, and references are available upon request. I bring 10 years of experience in childcare, both as an in-home nanny and in daycare/nursery settings. I’m also a certified behavior technician, with 2 years of experience working with children with ASD, as well as children with trauma, children in foster care, and children with other intellectual and physical challenges.
I have experience with children ages 0–12, specializing in ages 0–6. Additionally, I’ve worked as a swim instructor for the past 6 years, so if trips to the pool are on your summer list, I’d love to join! I have my own car and a valid driver’s license, I am comfortable with any/all pets, and would love to provide my resume to anyone interested!
I’m so excited to help out and can’t wait to meet your families!

You sound fabulous, OP. Ask Jeff, the site moderator if you can post in the “Special Needs” section. They desperately need you over there!

IMO, you should be compensated a minimum of $35-40 per hour with your background, even as a live-in. I never lower my rates to live-in, because of all the sacrifices that come with that. Maybe if they had a detached cottage for you on their estate, that would be different.

I’m sure there’s a child out there who will be very lucky to call you “Nanny”.
