Hi everyone,

Nanny here! Fellow nannies, your complaining about there not being as many job posts like there was before, please take into consideration how many nannies get on here and bash the parents for a number of reasons. For example pay, their ask and what they're looking for from a potential nanny etc. Even though none of us know each other personally it is extremely annoying to continue to see the constant bashing. If a job or position doesn't fit your needs just move along no need to be a keyboard bully. Regardless of what your rant or tantrum is about a family's needs aren't going to change. Please don't get me wrong as a nanny myself I get frustrated at times reading some of these jobs but then I check myself and say 'this isn't something I'm interested in" and I click out of it. Parents the same goes for you, a nanny sets her rate and what she's willing to do if her ask isn't something that fits your famly's needs then move on to the next candidate. It is so ridiculous to group all nannies together as if we all offer the same thing. We are all unique and different so the bashing of nannies isn't needed.

It's a new year there's already a lot going on in our own city and everywhere else let's not bring such negativity to a platform that at one point was such a great help to find jobs for caregivers and an awesome support system for parents.

Hi, OP. The correct word would be, “personally,” if you want to type correctly. And it seems as if you’ve taken my reply personally. Where did I say they did something “wrong?” Your reply is what is “insane.” “!!”
