Nanny Sourcing Sites with Payroll/Tax Services?

Hello All, we are looking for a bilingual nanny to provide care for our Spanish-speaking toddler and one on the way. We love sites like this, MOTH, and other listervs for leads, but our ideal candidate would already be on one of those nanny search sites that are a one stop shop for payroll and taxes. I have tried some payroll sites that still leave you with all the tax legwork, which can be a nightmare in DC. Heard mixed reviews about care, but does anyone find them helpful? Sittercity? Other recommendations?
If you pay your nanny directly, great if all is going well, but this is our preference and we welcome suggestions in this particular direction. Thanks! |
