Mandarin Speaking Au Pair in Miami Needed- Offering Academic Sponsorship

Hello,

We are a couple with a 28month old daughter, looking to hire an au pair for 1-2 years, or even longer, if possible.

We offerings weekly stipend higher than what the average agency and a fully paid tuition to a program of the au pair chosing.
A vehicle for personal use + gas money, will also be included.

We live in a spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. The au pair can expect personal total privacy with her own room, a bathroom ensuite, and a well equipped private kitchen area.

You need to go through an au pair agency if you want an au pair.

and AP program is years max.

If you are offering to sponsor a student visa, the AP is not allowed to work for you, not even wink wink she is just helping in exchange. Unless you want to be illegal, in which case, just hire an illegal and skip the AP program.

And APs from China a rarely granted visas, so not sure how easy it will be to find a mandarin speaking AP.

Finally, everyone I know who hired an AP so that their children could learn the language were sorely disappointed. APs are not teachers, and most are here to learn ENGLISH and American culture.
