Family looking for afternoon Nanny (15-20 hours per week)

Hello—we are a family looking for a nanny/babysitter who can care for our 3.5 year old daughter in the afternoons from 2:30-5:30pm 5 days a week (Mon-Friday). *While this would be the ideal, we are also open to a flexible arrangement (3-4 days a week for example, or if you need to end at 5pm).

Responsibilities include:
- Picking up daughter from her school in Georgetown between 2:45pm to 3pm.
- Between 3-5pm: Playing at the playground, library, friends’ house or at our home.
- 5pm: Driving back to our house in Petworth.
- Occasionally helping to prep dinner for daughter (very simple meals).
- Friday is ‘treat yourself day’ where we give an allowance for you guys to get an ice cream, cupcake or an another treat!
Things to note:
- Opportunity for overtime and evening babysitting depending on parents’ schedule and by mutual agreement ahead of time. There is no pressure to do extra hours if you can’t.
- Guaranteed 15 hours per week salary.
- Paid time off & pay when family is on vacation or doesn’t need care during scheduled hours. Paid holidays.
- We have a large but friendly dog.
- Looking for candidates who have their own car and valid license. We will provide the child seat.
