My nanny, Sinajor, is looking for a new position due to the fact that my children are now in school full time. I wholeheartedly recommend her. Sinajor started as an employee, but now I truly consider her a dear friend. We trust her completely and appreciate all that she has done to better our lives. Sinajor has a gentle demeanor that brings a calm peacefulness to our household. My twins (and my mom!) love her as much as I do. She keeps our home clean and neat, which is consistent with her nature. She is intelligent and experienced and accordingly, doesn’t require micromanagement, but yet follows and respects our requests and directions. Sinajor is a self-starter, physically strong and has great common sense. The nature of her job in our home requires frequent multitasking, which Sinajor manages effortlessly. Sinajor lives in Alexandria (VA), and commutes to Rockville for us. Despite a long rush hour drive, she has never been late and I don’t even remember hearing her complain about traffic! Sinajor routinely goes above and beyond. For example, one time in the middle of the night I texted her to let her know we were in the emergency room so she wouldn’t have to come to the house the next morning. It was a very stressful moment for me, as I was there without my husband and was feeling tearful. When Sinajor realized that I was upset, she came to join me, like an angel, and was incredible help. Sinajor has even made herself available to travel with us, so we wouldn’t have to use anyone else. When we once had an unexpected circumstance that delayed our return home, she opted to stay with us (we gave her the choice) because she knew how much we needed her. This would have been disruptive and inconvenient for her, but again, she never complained. As an added bonus, she is a great cook and has prepared some world class meals for my family even though that was not part of her job. I think the world of Sinajor and hope she finds a kind and generous family that appreciates how Lucky they are. She is one in a million.
