Hey there! Are you aware of any early childhood educators who are eager to rent space and kickstart their own Family Child Care business? I've been going through the FCC licensing process for the past few months but, due to a change in my personal plans, I won't be able to pursue becoming a provider myself. I'm now on the lookout for someone with similar ambitions – someone who adores children and dreams of running their own FCC (the legal way). My basement, around 1100 sqf, along with a backyard spanning about 6000 sqft (ideal for gardening, outdoor play, and even boasting a playhouse!), is up for rent for this purpose. I'm determined not to let this project go to waste! Located in Rockville!
