While there are a number of nannies who are out of line, but there are many parents and nannies who value this space. I would ask that you revisit your decision before taking any action.

I remember when the nanny forum was mostly helpful and we even had a professional nanny who would chime in with valuable insights. She was chased out by the negative nannies who resented anyone who sided with reasonable parents. The nanny forum should be closed and the nanny search in the main forum be expanded to include sitters

There are negative nannies and negative posts by families.

I really like this website, I met wonderful families from this website, as a nanny we should keep this website but make it more secure such as people should register by email and phone number so if any bad things happen then webiste should block the person by validated phone number, some people have several phone number they can create another account, but there is always limit for blocking depends on how many phone number the nanny has.

I think parents watch their nanny in the playgrounds, I see so many nannies with their phone, and children are in the stroller instead being on the swings, etc.

I feel so sad seeing children in the stroller and nannies are chatting or on their phone, those are the bad nanny and families still hiring those nannies.
