Care.com don’t allow me to reply the person who left negative feedback

My question is different. Two person who I never worked for they left negative feedback because I asked them are they willing to negotiate with rate?
One of them said I don’t love kids I just want money. If she wanted me to drive 20 mile I had a right to ask about rate or if she is willing to negotiate with rate.
They left negative reviews. I tried to contact them but they didn’t respond.
Care.com don’t allow me to reply them so other people can see.
It’s not fair.
