We are in moco and have one kid.
We pay our college age sitter ( she’s 18) $20 an hour and guarantee 3 hours even if we need less. Shes been with us 2 years now and drives, DD is 11 now and needs taken to activities. We only need childcare after school 6-8 days per month and always let her know the dates we need over a month in advance. |
