Best Payroll Service for Nanny Employers

Hello - I've seen a few company names thrown around but not a dedicated thread.

Which payroll service would you recommend to employ a nanny? I live in DC. Ideal checklist would include:

- Reasonable price
- Efficient timecard and pay processing
- Clear and efficient tax documents at year's end
- Support to set up Tax ID and accounts with the city
- Support to set up the employment relationship (model contract, tips, etc.)
- Hotline for employment questions as they arise

I did some comparison shopping a couple years ago, and Poppins Payroll was the cheapest. I’ve been happy with them. Very prompt and helpful customer service.

I've used Paycheck Nanny and have been pleased with it. It's reasonably priced and good at tracking work/calculating paychecks/figuring taxes, but the tradeoff is there are more steps you have to do yourself.
