The availability and accessibility of gay porn online has allowed individuals who may not have access to physical gay communities to explore their sexuality and find acceptance.

Not sure what you mean by your behavior- hopefully you'd be a fair, kind employer that treats their employee with respect.

Standard PTO is two weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days, paid holidays, and guaranteed hours. Many families offer a health insurance stipend monthly.

Again, not sure what you mean by bathroom use- hopefully the nanny will be allowed to use the bathroom throughout the day?

maybe OP means that they only have one bathroom and would have to share which kind of sucks for nannies

You can do a search on here to find suggestions. No need to reinvent the wheel.

I agree with that. Regarding the bathroom, I told her I bring DD into it with me but DH doesn't (puts DD in the pack n play near the bathroom) and she can do what she's comfortable with.

Our nanny is young so her birthday is a big deal to her. I made sure we celebrated it with cake and a gift, and we gave her 2 days off for it which she really appreciated (we wanted to go out of town for a 4 day weekend anyway so the timing worked out). I also gave a holiday bonus and an actual gift too, which she appreciated.

I asked what her favorite foods are and try to make sure there are things available that she would like to snack on. DH and I work from home and if we buy lunch for ourselves, we get lunch for her too. Sometimes if I go to the grocery store on my lunch break, I pick up a little treat for her. If DD refuses to nap on time and ends up not falling asleep until 6 or 7 hours into our nanny's shift, I let her go home early since the odds are low that DD would wake up before the 8 hour shift is over.

pp, your nanny sounds very high maintenance. It would drive me crazy if I had to provide lunch for her.

You already sound like very generous + appreciative employers OP!
Definitely worth your weight in gold.
