End of summer bonus - fulltime college nanny

Should I be giving our summer nanny any kind of end of summer bonus or since she’s sticking around for fall after school care parttime wait for holidays? Like what’s protocol do you think? She’s been SO AMAZING I want her to know how much we love and appreciate her.

We’re giving our Mother’s Helper a bonus because she was great and we want her back.

We’re wondering the same thing. I had a lovely Mother’s Helper for just a few hours a week but she was great.

Is there a percentage I should look to give in a bonus? One week or two week’s salary?

I’d do a gift card and this is coming from a nanny.

I do a $50 gift Card for our summer sitters at the end. They don’t work for FT, only 6 hours a week.
